  These guys go above and beyond to the point where they asked nicely for an extremely ignorant and arrogant cyclist with no respect for others or their safety to please dismount his bike and not take out the future bride prior to walking down the isle, which was responded to with verbal abuse (W/B you completely irresponsible individual)

  The view at Mount Lofty however is absolutely amazing, on par with Windy Point (which we visited the week prior and absolutely loved the very professional restaurant located there).

  Okay I understand businesses need to penny pinch here and there, but the management of this café is just out right ridiculous. We had decided we would never be returning before our coffees had even arrived.

  After this annoyance I then went to grab some tap water only to find they only have plastic cups available. I had to ask the man behind the counter to grab me two glasses. This café is located inside a conservation park and advertisers itself as a fancy place, yet they serve plastic cups - let that sink in.

  My wife and I visited the café earlier this week on Tuesday and left absolutely stunned. While our initial greeting was very warm, after ordering two coffees we were then told that we didn’t reach their $10 minimum to pay on card. Of course we had already used our cash to pay for the overpriced car park. I had to go back out to the car park and scrape together the coins in our glove box to buy the coffees.

  We held our wedding reception at The Summit in September 2017. If you want 5 star service, 5 star food and 5 star organisation this is the place. From our initial meeting with Tony O'Donnell (May 2016) we found him to be 100% supportive of US and OUR ideas. Tony is the most passionate and dedicated person... it's all about services and what he and his amazing team could do to make our dream wedding a reality. Communication was outstanding - he was always at the end of the phone/email and we would frequently pop up on a Saturday and have a chat. Every last detail was planned and Tony executed the night perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how exquisite the food was, how professional and friendly the service was and how amazing the venue looked. We couldn't agree more. If you are looking for venue for your reception, we TOTALLY RECOMMEND contacting Tony. The planning process was thoroughly enjoyable, stress free and above all - FUN! Thank you Tony, and your incredible team - we felt part of the family and really enjoyed planning our reception with you all :) You made our night and we will talk about it (as will our guests) for many years to come. Incredible.

  We stopped in at the café on our way to Hahndorf. Wanting to look up directions to Hahndorf and noticing the café had wifi available, I again approached the young lad for the key to the internet. Instantly he went bright red as he explained the staff don’t actually know the key to the internet and are therefore unable to provide it for the customers.

  This place holds a special place in my heart forever, I had my wedding here and I couldn't have been looked after any better. Not only was the venue perfect but the food and service was absolutely on point.
